Is this due diligence in discussing AI script being capable of doing more than a layman person has scheduled it to do; for us to know what is plausible for expert witnesses or detectives to request or complain for commissioned time for deciding to begin to deduce the probability that any fraud suspect could have criminal liability for broadcasting in an intentionally malicious way ?
