"Purchasing power will stay tied to value creation" is likely to be a true. The issue will be that 70% of all human's contribution value is becoming '0'. IE, the people who write code are beginning to look a lot like the people who used to turn big rocks into small rocks. They simply aren't needed anymore. Is it 0, no.. but its significantly less.
AI tools and AI implementation will absolutely create some jobs and new industries. These same tools will also eliminate some jobs. The steady state ratio is the only question.
