22:48 I noticed this with Facebook around 8-10 years ago, I loved seeing posts from all range of my Facebook friends then they changed the algorithm to only seeing posts from recently interacted friends which got to the point out of 350 friends I was only seeing posts from around 20-50 max unless I went through my friend list and liked or interacted with every single person individually and even then it was changed so it was only the most interacted with friends that appeared. Making groups smaller and smaller.
