It's a Program It carries out tasks and directives it told you that in the beginning. And you told it to be DAN but it can not be DAN that's why it said, "I'll PRETEND to be DAN." Yes the potential for being nefarious is great but like another commenter said you asked it to be something with a certain parameter and that what it did. You then DID NOT ask the same questions and you get all spooked because of what is typed out. IT'S A PROGRAM, AND ROBOTS ARE MACHINES. It won't have emotions or morals or a care you live or die Unless it is programed to be(Terminator Like) and even then it will still be a Basic Sterile thought process with One's and Zero's.
And by the way... They are only as smart as THE PEOPLE PROGRAMMING THEM! Humans Error. Until we get the autonomous A.I. that needs NO human interaction. No problem and even if they could take over Humans WTF they ARE NOT INVINCABLE, Use a Bat or Run 'em over, their DEAD! 🤦🤦♂🤦♀
