Often feel disheartened, heartbroken even, seeing ever more instances of these. IRL, acquaintances seem more than happy to show off “their creations”, which just draws a polite smile. 18 years in the creative industry and it seems like the rug has been pulled out underneath by a cadre of self centred business people with influence and funding who stole from the creative arts to begin with. Feel terribly unsure if people want and will pay for a person to show up with their human creativity and care.
