The thing is they already make ai that can detect the tone of someone's voice and tell there emotional state and you could use machine learning models to listen to calls and outcomes to determine when to give refunds and it will pick out certain variables that determines when a refund should be given or not. Its pretty basic its just a matter of who takes the time and money to train a system like that but they could do it now very easily.
