Simple, they know you are never going to sue their ass into oblivion, repeatedly.
That's what the record labels are there for, earning more from artist's work & suing the s**t out of ppl who try to take that away.
AI can be re created and retrained...
File a lawsuit so massive that would make all these companies go under, kill the ai, make laws of fair use with ai art.
Delete (kill) the current ai / wipe it's data set (so that you don't have to deal with the corrupted data mess).
Retain the new one based on fair practices & decid on artist's share of profits.
Turn each new art from the new a.i. into a blockchain nft, to mark & identity them as some sort of unique token (not to sell them, jut to give them a legal identifier) so that only said / certain ai are capable of generating "inspired art".
Thereby any ai generated art without said nft identifier can be identified as piracy & suede..
Do the same for the data set, find some way to mark each art being fed into the data set, so that the ai can link to the sources / "inspirations" after generating an art.
