Replacing customer is even more amazing, imagine that you just could refer to ai what issue you have to resolve through the phone call and let it do that job for you. The only thing you would have to do tremendous amount of work to prepare AI for any additional questions that can happen during phone call. Nevertheless, introverts are saved 😂
