Ok but hear me out, what if you prompt an AI to invent a groundbreaking product and have it instruct you in all the steps to start and run a successful business, do you not own that idea (and the company that produces it) if you tried to patent it? Would it just be fair use? That also doesn’t take skill or any personal ingenuity. Is it different because it’s not an artistic creation? People do much worse for money; at least people with this NFT have something to show for it.
