Seems a corrupt shady move on the part of Phoenix Prosecutor's office to criminally charge the Driver of a ProtoType. Regardless of being in a self-driving car watching Hulu is unacceptable but I believe if the person is in a prototype the company that allowed the Driver to test the car needs to be responsible to the Victim's family. Rest easy Eliane, you shouldn't have lost your life for a car or driver service company's benefit, nor for someone to watch the view.
