8:25 ok this is gonna be a little crass but I think the difference between trying to draw an art style and ai is making love or cranking it. Hear me out. Making love means you had to get to know someone. Spend time with them. Understand their likes and dislikes and love them as a person. Same with trying to imitate someone you likes art style. You have to understand and truly appreciate it. On the other hand using ai you just see the surface beauty and don't care to understand the person. You objectify it and just want the satisfaction much like watching pron and cranking it. You don't care about the person you're seeing or thinking about. You just want that release.
