AI is not replacing workers jobs, companies who decide to fully implement AI are replacing workers. Only reason why companies are racing to replace human workers is to get ahead of other companies and or countries to hold power. None of this actually has to happen. Companies and countries can use AI for other purposes other than to purposely replace human workers.
