Ok let me ask you this. Imagine that a company raises a kid from birth to be an amazing artist, and in order to teach it how to do art they show it thousands of artworks made by other artists, maybe in art books or sth. Then the company uses said kid to make art for them, generate products, would that be ok if the artists weren't compensated? The problem is that this isn't just an artist making art, it's a company that created a product meant to generate profit, and it didn't compensate the people that contributed to this product existing, it doesn't matter if the artist is a human or robot
