This is already here, to one extent or another. I really don't do anything problematic, but its the consequences if the "system" doesn't find me favorably. Think DMV and how an ID is required for almost everything.... Think credit cards and electronic money. I've had my CCs shut down my credit, just because I was on a road trip, out of town. Without cash I would have been doomed. Yeah, become a non-functional citizen according to a "State" algorithm.
