Instead of paying for a school board. We should pay the students for better grades than a C- and better attendance. All students automatically receive a C-. That way the problem students that don't care and don't want to be there can stay away. They still pass, and the students that want to do better can do it on in hindered by problem students. For grades better than the C- will go up $50 a month a regular C average $50 a year the student will not get paid until they do graduate, they get their diploma in their check tax exempt of course. For a straight A student for 12 years would be a damn good check.
