Ironic that AI will make it trivially easy to create "hot takes" compilations from someone's social media posts, to portray them in some sort of way (e.g.: more extremist than they are overall). We all have to keep that in mind going forward... Doesn't matter if you're reasonable and balanced most of the time, some ill-worded comments, exaggerated examples to illustrate a point, etc. can bring you down even easier than before.
In this case... everyone knows John Sherman is very alarmist (history will prove him right or wrong), why hire an alarmist person for being alarmist, and then fire him for being alarmist? So weird. Indeed, it seems they didn't even listen to his videos/podcasts before bringing him on board.
