There’s an Aircraft Mechanic shortage and those jobs won’t be replaced by “AI” for the foreseeable future. They just don’t want to hire & teach youngsters the jobs. In other engineering disciplines they’re not even trying to offer apprenticeships yet all these AI systems generally speaking need some hardware to operate and there’s a shortage in manpower. This all manufactured chaos.
