I'm older now, but over the last year or so I've really worked to get my art to professional grade. Sad to say that after all that grinding I've pretty much quit drawing because of ai art and what it means. Why would anyone hire an illustrator or storyboard artist or even comic book artist if ai can do it faster and cheaper. There's no way big companies aren't going to use that. And then you have people who wouldn't be able to produce art or independent comics now able to be able to make it so stands to reason that the field will become saturated with fake artist. I see them on Instagram all the time
