It's not that AI is overrated - AI is evil, AI is intrusive, AI will not allow humans to have control over themselves or their actions. AI is used to read people's thoughts and to mind control people. And Neil de Grasse Tyson must know about the technological capabilities of the Dept of Defense in this regards, so he is evil too.
