You only stop questioning once you know it's ai. Why isn't it possible to question why the ai chose to make something a certain way? Sure it chose the most statistically probably thing for whatever thing it's making, but that doesn't mean they are all the same. A human artist chose to draw something a certain way bc it thought it would be most correct to them, ai does the same. To me, art is art, no matter who or what made it. The meaning you draw from it is your own.
