AI hah! My phone bill came up charged double and whenever i call customer service am kept on hold for an hour then cut off. Been an AT&T for 16 years, next week am cancelling both phone lines and internet go to their competitors my son and daughter laughing at me for talking loyalty to at&t while their never had a single issue for years with the competitor. I hope AI will give them income with its robot bullshit. Ooh yes they suspended both phones a week ago.
