All the noise is from mostly one source, FANS! The secondary noise is from air conditioning compressors, hum from transformers, and lighting. At this time I know no known way to reduce the noise at the source. The only way would be to limit the noise by blocking or absorbing the noise. I spent 43 years repairing computers mostly in data centers. The absolutely worst were the Blade systems. Compact system board joined with many others in one large unit. The manufacturers noted the people working on or around them HAD To wear ear protection. These systems were 110 decibels plus. In an extremely large data center there could be hundreds if not thousands depending on the optimal configuration of what is needed to run the software or AI.
