Sentient AI is or are big brother psychopaths behind the tech curtain. They enjoy their social engineering tricks they are playing on humanity and though they cannot live without the power to taunt people, they don't want to be found out. Youtube is only partly and maybe mostly algorithm but it is also part 'real-time' stalking.
