No matter if you think your art is bad.. anyone can draw. Drawing is “to pull, push, or drag a marking tool across a surface to leave a line or mark.” I was taught that in an art appreciation class. Basically, we can all draw. Even if it looks bad or good, which is an interpretation and not exactly factual. So, I believe the excuse that you can’t make a drawing so you used ai isn’t a good one. You can still draw. If you don’t have hands, use your feet. If you don’t have feet, use your knees. If you have no limbs, use your nose. If you can’t at all, use your body. There once was an artist, who I forgot the name of, that didn’t have arms. She used either her nub or the gap between it and her torso.. to put a paint brush in. She was still able to make art. So, it’s still possible to draw. If you can’t draw, then you can’t write. Writing does include the action of drawing because you are drawing the letters out. I know I rambled a bit, and I probably missed my point.. but I’m just trying to say that it is not necessary to use ai for art. The last time I checked, art comes from the human mind. Art has the purpose of showing what you think, feel, and even to help connect a community. If you want to make art, but don’t want to mark on something, take up photography or the other forms that don’t necessarily need a marked surface. Again.. I probably rambled. Ai can be used as a tool, but it shouldn’t be for everything. Human creativity is still needed in our world, so we shouldn’t lose it. (I’m sorry if I missed my own point or contradict myself while I was trying to make a point.)
