I am a business school professor in the UK. Higher education is collapsing to the tune of 90% class size reduction over 3 years. The average age of the new hire employee in the US in 2025 was 42 years old! These young people are in serious trouble. Also every invention before AI was a tool. AI is if the first time we are "growing" an autonomous agent. It will likely be the last thing we invent.
