Sam has no idea how AI works. His judgement is clouded by emotions and not logic. Lets forbid Photoshop and Gimp-they hurt old school photographers(and filled with ai features) and old school painters. Tablets? Pfff canvas made of fabric is the way to go. As always, representatives of slowly-becomimg-obsolete proffesions trying to stop the progress. You can pee against the wind with the same amount of efficiency. Your style and palette arent copyrightable. AI images aren't stealing cause you have never owned the result of its work. Model may have been trained on fanart collected from your discord. Wanna sue someone? Who? For what?How? You guys really so ignorant about the tech and so lost in the fog of emotions that most of you will definitely lose this battle and only few of you will adjust to it. You guys post your work online to inspire people and grow more artists, but whine like kiddos when anyone can become an artist(at least anyone smart enough to understand how AI works)/ You guys don't copyright works of your fans and AI generates exactly that-fanart. So find that pragmatism tumblr deeply burrowed under piles of useless emotions and turn it on. SUrf the wave or die under it.
