Most countries will likely implement any AI it can in its defense of its country. Some AI done safely will do well for peaceful uses when controls are put in place. I don't actually like how fast ChatGPT is growing in intelligence every few months. Hopefully the use will remain safe. This type of programming AI would be installed in robots at some point, if not already.
