This is AI predictive crime monitoring. Out of 100 people only 13 will commit a crime.
So this sheriff better wise up because he is being used as a guinea pig. Everyone is laughing at this county.
Human behavior is not predictive.
Tech companies are running a test on people. If it works/which it won't, police will have to use it. Building new prisons anyone?, $$$ rolling in, population going down.
