Yeah Ive stressed test generative ai before, and honestly I need more practice when it comes to drawing, but I find way more frustrating trying to describe a concept to an ai. Hoping it will eventually get close to what I was imagning, only for it to fail almost completely, I think it would be better just to sharpen my own skills, because I would get way closer.
While the technonolgy is pretty cool and has uses, I do not believe it is a replacement for real artists, more so as it heavily relies on real art in order to improve. Without constantly new imput, it will just get increasingly worse, and thats mostly because while it retains the lines and coloring info.
It does not retain its own output, which results in it remixing things over and over again. And is very difficult to get the same result twice. Unless you feed the result back into it, which just messes it up further in the long run.
