We ought to partner all countries in creating an ai constitution that would provide both physical and developmental barriers (ie, prevent ai from controlling anything in the physical world, like robots capable of repairing wiring or switching physical switches of the electric grid so we can always flip the off switch, along with code variables that prevent harm to human beings)
