You view on that VO youtuber is how i feel when i watched his video. As an artist with a bunch of artist friends, i also dont know a single person who likes Pollock's "art". And i think most people would agree that there is an underlying objectivity to art, which would explain widely shared opinions on individual pieces of art.
He also uploaded min his second video that he agrees that people prefer interaction with other humans including consuming art "...until they don't!", like what the fuck does he even mean. The people who value human made arent and those that dont are literally two different groups of people.
You also said exactly how i feel about AI to replace artists will just give them even more of the slop they hate, and even faster.
