Like Han says, robots and other A.I may have a claim of ownership over the products that the companies that they run produce. An example would be if Microsoft were to place a Cortana AI in charge of all Xbox and windows-based video games to moderate communication and stop cheating with third-party tools.
If crystals for quantum computing microprocessors are of greater quality when developed in microgravity, than its going to take factories on the Moon or an orbital structure for there to be enough processing power for a small civilization of these beings. It's like they already exist, though. We're the Flatlanders, and they're the sphere trying to communicate with the second dimension that can only perceive a small aspect of its existence. 🤷🤔
