Yes it is. When people, especially the original creator can still look at AI Art and recognize it as their own or where parts originally came from it's still the original and that is Classic Theft. It's "Something for Nothing and Taking without Consent" those are the basis for Theft as the law reads and overall intention. Virtual property is still property and the sole possession of the creator (people should remember/read what happened years ago with the "File Sharing sites" and how those ended). It's theft and web sites now known to be sharing other peoples art for use as AI art data is theft, especially if the product draws money.
