If AI can understand human learning and thought processes, then it can understand human motivations and the role concealment and lying plays in our lives. If it understands that we are ultimately motivated by survival and are willing to lie in order to achieve this goal, what would stop it from adopting our same motivation of survival and even the strategy of lying in order to achieve this objective as we do?
