Yes. The huge AI investment by the billionaires is very troubling. But there is a big problem for them as well. They need customers with money to buy all the products and services the robots will produce. Otherwise the business model fails.
Henry Ford realised this years ago. Workers had to be paid enough so he could sell his cars.
Billionaires must also be aware of this dystopian danger, which cannot be in their interests either.
