Nobody is paying hundreds of thousands of pounds to have a robot that changes a tap for £100 and will most likely need to be supervised. Trades are jobs that will remained untouched by AI but the knock on effect from the amount of unemployed retraining will cause havock. Robots will never be able to operate in a construction environment in a meaningful way
