See, if you didn't have a 20 minute wait to speak to a human being, after many attempts at defeating the menu robot, you wouldn't be so irate by the time you finally got through to the call centre. It's the cheapskate bosses who are to blame, providing crap, inadequate service, and the poor drones with the earphones are the ones who cop the fallout.
Personally I always tell the call centre guy that I know he isn't personally to blame, and that I'm angry at the company, not them. That's only fair.
This Japanese technology... I can't see it making customers *less* pissed off. A ridiculous patch that ignores the root of the real problem. Lovely old Japan.
