Maybe AI can't be sentient by itself, but what about cyborgs? if we can replace natural neurons with artificial neurons someday can we transfer human conciseness to an artificial brain? maybe we can grow brain in laboratory and clone it without giving birth to real humans. I know scientists place human neurons in mice and grow human teeth on pigs, can we grow human brain inside a pig as well?
