My confusion at Luduca's defense is this, he's claiming he was unfamiliar with the resource he was using(chatgpt) and wasn't aware of his faults. But as a lawyer, isn't it part of his duties to only use sources that he knows won't produce false results? It's his responsibility to make sure his sources are trustworthy
