Not that I agree with the AI artist, but Charlie's counterpoint to AI being the same as a brush or other art tool just doesn't work.
Yes, a brush doesn't create the art for you, but neither does the AI. The AI requires input to generate an image. The brush similarly requires interaction to create an image.
There's plenty of arguments still against AI art, but yeah, this one just doesn't work.
