All in all, AI is a neat thing. The only reason it's receiving so much hate is because the type of AI users that uses AI art to gain clout for themselves as if they're on par with actual artists. Some also are just being straight up disrespectful stealing other people's WIP, put it into an AI app and post it while saying "I did it for you".
