You still need coders, but as he said, you need AI engineers that can code. As a developer myself, I see AI as an incredible tool to whip out code faster. instead of spending hours trying to come up with the logic for something complex, I prompt AI and it gives me something close. I tweak it for my needs and I'm done much faster.
