Saying the AI is just "inspired" so it is the same as for humans is just telling me that the person doesn't know how AI works.
Since it's a pixel prediction algorithm it needs thousands or images of something to then creat some sort of average that is the closest to what you tell them to do.
A human brain get get inspiration of something and start to incorporate it even if we see it for the first and only time and still creat a cohesive e.g. picture that has only a loose connection to the inspiration
