I don’t know if this is an effective criteria for using ai, but I see ai more like a secretary.
Other than using it to question my own ideas I also usually ask if there is anything I should be aware before executing that idea.
If it’s writing essay I usually use ai for dictionary, correcting typos and comment on my works. I don’t really use it to generate ideas or thoughts.
After writing this I realize that the question I need to ask is can I actually get by without ai on essay if this is how much I use ai for?
