Who owns chat GPT? Do the conversations/questions you have with chat GPT get stored in a database? If they are is that data accessed and used by someone other than the program? I think chat GPT could be used as a useful tool but also a massive program for data gathering on its users.
With the logic that the AI program has you would think it would have information be on September of 21, why why was it stopped September of 21? And why don't they just information to present time?
