The fault ist on the driver site!
I have a Citroen Air Cross with the same technology. But it is made to support you and not to drive and you can sleep. We aren´t yet there, especially when you compare autonomous cars with all the heavy and bulky equipment and Tesla or Citroen.
One solution to support the police would be to implement equipment onto the car (kind off infrared laser) which can be recognize by those kind of cars.
