Call it pessimistic, but one of the worst things America did to its people, is convince them they could be whatever they want, without any extra effort or work ethic.
Everything's either a fast track or a life hack nowadays, where people make money convincing other people they've found the secret to instant success.
The fact is that there's absolutely nothing wrong with being an average person, and if you want to be exceptional, you need to earn that title.
