1000% percent think he is off on AI replacing jobs. Those AI machines have to be located somewhere, that somewhere needs to be built, powered, maintained, sold, upgraded, supported, etc. etc. etc. So for AI to even exist, jobs are being created. Those areas I mentioned have their own subset of jobs that are created...technicians are needed to build/design, electical engineers are needed to solve complex power issues, constuction people are need to build the data centers, a sales force is needed to sell the GPUS, on and on and on and on and on. For such a smart guy to wildly miss on this, is impressve to say the least.
