Simply don't care. I am not giving up my autonomy to a machine. The concept of an entire society doing this carries such an existential risk that it far exceeds this type of calculation. He is also using the stadium analogy as an old trick to conflate enormous proportion with the statistic while simultaneously attributing every single accident with a human error that the self driving car will absolutely eliminate. I am so tired of his pedantic dismissal of human freedom.
