These "Flock" cameras reminded me of the Apple Australia video:

Unlike in the video where we still have the choice to opt out (switch browsers), physically installed "AI" cameras that are easy to access (and probably hack) are just plain invasive.
Even if the cameras themselves were to be in theory truly invulnerable to hacking (extremely unlikely), the routers, network, cables, central access storage and access systems are still vulnerable. Even tapping into the data cables at a central routing location would give access to their data for everything linked up to that point. And for all we know, the camera's firmware credentials are most likely Admin/Admin as is typical for these types devices.
On top of security and privacy issues, there is the issue of GenAI hallucinations.
